Prepare quotation to assist the Sales team to win customer orders
Accurately entering all sales orders into Oracle in a timely manner
Follow SOP of order booking, cross checking customer PO and other relevant document before punching order (First Time Right in 98% + orders)
Perform order booking activities through ERP (Oracle, OMS)
Ensure customer orders are delivered on time as per agreed service level
Ensure all documentation related to the sales and after sales are safely stored in ERP (Oracle, OMS), the secure folder for future audit
Issue commercial invoices in time sales/service team oriented as well as MRO and other customer's procurement website
Provide required documents in Order to Cash process
Coordinate between customer / sales team / service team and supply chain
Respond to queries from customers and provide assistance/support/coordination for resolution of both pre-offer and post-order customer concerns
Support commercial team with daily booking to shipping analysis and drive daily management / visual management rhythms for the order fulfillment process
Support and/or lead relevant continuous improvement initiatives from time to time
Maintain the Visual Board for daily management
Working closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure on time delivery of orders
Managing customer issues, complaints, and customer satisfaction related initiatives
Act as an enabling bridge between Sales, After Sales, Supply Chain and customers
Various report generation and tracking from time to time which assigned by Customer Service Manager
Manage the Customer Service inbox by providing responses / completing actions within 24 hours
Follow the FIFO principle in managing the Customer service work
Managing customer service and expectations
Assist the Customer Service Manager to manage customer service & expectations and providing day to day support (both proactive and reactive) on any of the issues already referred to, as well as respond to immediate/unusual situations
Provide coaching for junior level associate for daily tasks when necessary
Ad-hoc work when required
