Tokyo Sales Manager

Achieving sales targets within the assigned segments.

Developing business opportunities in both existing markets and new markets.

Enhancing market penetration by executing corporate and regional business strategies through a series of sales activities, as well as systematically following up on sales leads provided by marketing activities.

Formulating successful sales strategies through cross-departmental collaboration, and expanding business with direct customers and through partners (distributors).

Planning and executing promotional activities in collaboration with other departments.

Providing feedback to the marketing team and regional management on the state of price competition and competitor positioning in the market.

Monitoring and controlling sales activities, order development, pricing strategies, and accounts receivable collection.

Utilizing Salesforce.com (SFDC) to create proposals while ensuring the database is continuously updated to reflect current conditions. Promote systematic and appropriate use of SFDC.

Updating prospective customer information and reviewing it weekly to ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts. Leveraging accumulated sales skills to shorten the time between planning and actual sales.

Submitting timely reports on customer visits to direct supervisors.

Collaborating with the finance department to follow up on overdue accounts.
