The priorities for the role include:

  • Responsibility to lead a team 2-3 sales associates and collaborate with channel partners to deliver quarterly order booking and revenues and grow the water analytics business in East India and neighboring countries Bangladesh & Bhutan - all in a compliant manner.
  • Understand the market dynamics, create and deploy strategic initiatives (Gain Share in existing customers and key accounts, Acquire new customers, Improve Geo coverage, Create incremental opportunities in emerging applications, ensure optimal Product/Portfolio mix, improve margins)
  • Ensure Sales Funnel Review cadence across the team. Leveraging Salesforce as a growth tool will be a key enabler for success in this role
  • Imbibe and practice Veralto Enterprise System Tools (Visual Management, Policy Deployment, Problem Solving Process, KPI)
  • Provide leadership to team through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Engineering Graduate, with an MBA (Sales/Marketing), with 15+, years of experience. Min 5 years of Sales experience in B2B sales in allied sectors like instrumentation, automation, controls, through direct sales to end customers.

The candidate needs to be from premier Indian or MNC organizations in high responsible positions (revenue generating positions)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience of working in complex organization with multiple deliverables

Experience on renowned CRM system (SFDC/ Oracle/ SAP or equivalent) is preferred

Prior experience of team leadership, growing business via channel partners will be an advantage
