CRM Sales Acquisition Manager

Arlo Europe, part of Verisure, is seeking a talented, creative, passionate CRM Sales Acquisition Manager to drive customer acquisition through data-driven and multi-channel campaigns. This is a key role in our newly created CRM team, where you will be at the heart of transforming prospects into loyal customers by selling not just cameras, but the Arlo Secure service that makes our products truly valuable. You will be based in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be part of an international and fun Portfolio team and will directly report into the Head of CRM, based in France, and will work closely with the Design and Marketing departments. Responsibilities

Lead Generation Strategy

  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns to attract, capture, and nurture high-quality leads for Arlo camera products.
  • Use customer segmentation, behavioral data, and past interactions to identify potential camera buyers.

Sales-Driven Campaign Execution

  • Create and deliver multi-channel CRM communications (email, SMS, push notifications) to drive interest and sales conversions.
  • Launch product-specific promotions, bundles, and limited-time offers for Arlo cameras.

Lead Nurturing & Conversion

  • Design tailored follow-up sequences to guide leads through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of high-intent leads.

Customer Insights & Targeting

  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, purchase triggers, and opportunities for camera sales.
  • Continuously refine targeting criteria to improve lead quality.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing teams to align CRM campaigns with broader promotional plans.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure creatives highlight Arlo camera features effectively.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor key metrics such as lead volume, lead-to-sale conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.

Product Knowledge & Market Awareness

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Arlo camera features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to position Arlo effectively.

Candidate profile

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in CRM campaign management and sales-focused lead generation.
  • Knowledge of sales funnels and customer lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Customer IO, Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo).

Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Understanding of consumer electronics and/or security camera products is a plus.
  • English fluent
