✨ About The Role
- The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on formulating and executing a sales strategy within the assigned NOVA territory.
- This role requires dedicating at least 50% of time to field-based sales activities, including customer meetings and site visits.
- The candidate will manage the entire sales process, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics and quotas, with a strong emphasis on net new business sales.
- Responsibilities include initiating and managing expansion discussions to drive customer retention and identifying customers' goals and requirements.
- The role involves creating effective presentations and proposals, negotiating pricing, and providing account analysis and revenue forecasts.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience in quota-carrying software or hardware technology sales, particularly in building a greenfield territory.
- A strong background in selling technical solutions or products to the Public Sector (SLED, Local Government, Municipalities) is highly desirable.
- The candidate should possess a hunter sales mentality, demonstrating a proven track record of prospecting and closing new logos.
- Extensive experience in developing customer relationships within SLED accounts, including with Government Agencies and Higher Education Institutions, is essential.
- The successful individual will be self-motivated, tenacious, and confident, with a willingness to engage in prospecting to maintain individual sales funnels.
