✨ About The Role
- The Manager of Sales Development will be responsible for building and scaling the first sales development program supporting EMEA
- This role requires strong sales leadership skills and experience managing large business development teams
- The team will be responsible for generating qualified leads for the Account Executive team while completing a rigorous development program over 18 months
- Responsibilities include providing sales leadership, hiring, developing, and training sales talent, mentoring and coaching the sales development representatives, and working closely with early careers programs
- The Manager will also track KPIs, report on team progress, and use data-driven insights to achieve sales targets
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced sales leader with a minimum of 3+ years of leading BDR/SDR teams, preferably in the technology industry
- Proficient in coaching and mentoring SDRs to grow into Account Executives
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify new market opportunities and forge partnerships
