- Lead a team of Regional Channel Sales Managers to achieve individual and team quotas - Mentor and develop the sales team through recruiting, hiring, and coaching - Support and coach the team in building pipeline daily - Conduct weekly forecast meetings and report on sales activity to the Director of Global Channel Sales - Assist in closing complex transactions by developing executive-level relationships with key partners

⚡ Requirements

- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams, especially in the Channel space - Experience in channel management with Security Integrators and/or IT VAR reseller partners - Proven track record of sales success and achieving targets - Excellent presentation and listening skills - Ability to accurately forecast sales results and manage pipelines effectively
