✨ About The Role
- Responsible for being the strategic enablement partner for the PHX team, working with key stakeholders to organize onboarding, training, and tools management
- Identify team needs, create training content, and enhance product knowledge to improve results
- Partner with various internal teams to innovate and improve the sales enablement experience
- Own the onboarding and extended onboarding calendar for the team, ensuring a world-class experience for new hires
- Manage and support tools and resources to improve sales productivity, track resource usage, and aid in larger scale enablement efforts

- Experience in sales enablement, training, or related sales roles for at least 2 years
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to command a room and outline processes in a simple manner
- Self-starter who is not afraid to seek direction when needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
