✨ About The Role

- Responsible for being the strategic enablement partner for the APAC team, working directly with key stakeholders to organize onboarding, continuous training, tools stack management, and content - Assist in identifying team needs, creating training content, and improving results, filling gaps, and enhancing product knowledge - Become a product and process expert to deliver high-quality training and content tailored to the APAC market - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Strategy, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to innovate and improve the Enablement experience and process - Own the onboarding and extended onboarding calendar end-to-end for the team, ensuring clear expectations and a world-class experience for new hires

⚡ Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or broader Sales roles, with a solid understanding of sales support functions - Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and command a room - Self-starter with the ability to outline processes in a simple manner and a willingness to seek direction when needed - Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
