✨ About The Role
- Responsible for driving the end-to-end ownership and execution of onboarding and enablement for the EMEA team
- Work directly with key stakeholders to organize onboarding, continuous training, tools stack management, and content
- Become a product and process expert to deliver high-quality training and content tailored to the EMEA market
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Strategy, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to innovate and improve the Enablement experience
- Own the onboarding and extended onboarding calendar for the team, ensuring a world-class experience for all new hires

- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or broader Sales roles
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and command a room
- Self-starter with the ability to outline processes in a simple manner
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
