Account Executives Wanted

Catamount Radio, operated by the family-owned radio and media group, Pamal Broadcasting, is currently seeking Account Executives with the #1 trait WINNING ATTITUDE! New to radio advertising? We will provide the training, support, and coaching! This is an exciting in-person opportunity for a competitive, energetic, highly motivated individual to sell digital marketing solutions to local businesses and agencies in Vermont and surrounding areas. Our account executives represent all five of Catamount Radio stations Rock 94.5, Z97.1, 98.1 JJR, 105.3 Cat Country, and 100.1 WSYB.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify and target new business opportunities through warm calling and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions

We offer a salary + competitive commission structure, with a $50,000 earning potential in the first year, PTO and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, Aflac, FSA/HSA, and a 401k program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

• 8 hour shift

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
• Ability to analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and drive results
• Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus

Travel requirement:

• Up to 50% travel
