This role involves addressing internal sales inquiries, organizing tasks, creating correspondence, and preparing reports or documents. You will engage with personnel across internal and external departments to facilitate sales processes and streamline workflows. You will comprehend the work domain, professional principles, regulatory standards, and operational strategies within your role. You will autonomously determine work approach, prioritize tasks, and adhere to given directions. You will manage work often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation. You will update and maintain CRM data and provide support to sales and leadership associates. You will collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and IT to ensure smooth coordination of sales activities and resolve any issues that may arise. You will assist in the training and onboarding of new sales team members by providing guidance on internal processes, systems, and resources. You will monitor sales performance metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, and sales targets. You will analyze data, interpret trends, and draw insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Other duties as necessary.

Required Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Applications

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

A self-starter with good problem-solving skills and organizational skills

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving internal customer efficiencies and experiences

Must reside in eastern or central time zones

Must have ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

2 years experience in the home health care or medical industry

Associates Degree

CRM experience

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $53,700 - $72,600 per year
