We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Wedding Sales Manager to join our sales team at The Lodge at Spruce Peak. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating social group/event business, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies for weddings, mitzvahs, galas, and more. This role requires an individual with strong leadership abilities, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Pay Range: Base pay $60,000 - $72,000 per year plus quarterly incentives to earn an additional $20,000 - $50,000 per year.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, specifically within social group sales. Proven track record in generating and closing social group business in a hotel or event-related environment. Experience in managing client relationships is a plus. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in sales and hotel management software (e.g., Envision, Delphi, etc.). Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and a deep understanding of the group sales market.
