Internship Program
Duration: 12 weeks, 37.5 hours per week
Start Date: May 26 or June 8

Our paid 12-week Internship Program offers rising junior and senior undergraduate students a dynamic, hands-on experience in the technology industry. Interns will work in a collaborative and supportive environment, contributing to meaningful projects that drive business impact. The program is designed to cultivate motivated, high-potential individuals with the goal of welcoming them back as repeat interns or future full-time team members.
What You'll Experience
- Assist in ensuring that all e-learning, classroom, field, and other training materials are up to date; support the collection and organization of both eLearning and related training resources to ensure key products, features, and sales tools are accurately represented to help the sales team succeed.
- Assist in developing digital content for the sales organization, including video production, eLearning modules, assessments, and digital assets.
- Support the administration of internal resources, websites, and the corporate learning management system (LMS).
- Optimize sales content to accurately show Vertex products in SharePoint, Spekit, and PowerPoint.
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and professional.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Experience creating eLearning content or familiarity with the sales cycle a plus.
- Experience with Camtasia or Articulate360 a plus.
Who Should Apply
- Undergraduate students majoring in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (expected graduation 12/2026 - 06/2028).
- Students who have demonstrated reporting or data analysis skills through academic projects.

US Base Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 Base pay offered to new hires may vary based upon factors including relevant industry and job-related skills and experience, geographic location, and business needs. The range displayed does not encompass the full potential of the role, which allows for further growth and career progression. In addition, as a part of our total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Vertex Bonus Plan (VOB), a role-specific sales commission/bonus, and/or equity grants.
