- The role involves working closely with the Sydney-based Account Executive and VP of Sales to generate leads and convert them into warm leads and meetings for the sales team across the APAC region - Responsibilities include driving business at the early stage of the sales process, owning and tracking targets and KPIs, engaging with leads and prospects, and being the ambassador and source of knowledge for the product - The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to convey prospects' feedback and improve the product, ensuring successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information - Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to move fast under uncertainty are key requirements for this role, along with a commitment to autonomy, ambition, and co-creating a memorable and meaningful company - The position offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup, work with passionate and talented teams, and contribute to a culture that promotes growth mindset, transparency, collaboration, understanding, and diversity

- Successful candidates will have a proven track record of success within a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative role in a rapid-growth early-stage startup environment - They should possess strong communication skills, charisma, and the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and credibly to potential customers - The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, accountable, and have a positive attitude, with a willingness to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving work environment - Previous experience working within the SaaS space is essential, along with the ability to engage with leads and prospects through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat - Individuals who are comfortable discussing moderately complex concepts, exhibit humility, kindness, and respect in their interactions, and are eager to contribute to a supportive and high-performing team culture will thrive in this role
