✨ About The Role

- Responsible for leading and scaling the sales function and go-to-market strategy within the European market for Vertice, focusing on converting deals and achieving ambitious revenue targets - Recruit, manage, and develop outstanding talent for the Europe sales team in London, collaborating closely with Marketing and Product teams to maintain a coherent commercial strategy - Manage a high volume of $50k+ ACV opportunities with short sales cycles through the sales team, ensuring accurate sales records and maintaining a robust revenue pipeline - Leverage existing relationships in Europe to drive forward deals, taking ownership of the Europe sales target and personally leading on major prospects - Work closely with the senior management team and CEO to drive innovation, make a significant impact, and contribute to the company's rapid expansion and product innovation efforts

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth in the SaaS industry, particularly in the European market - Proven track record of building and leading successful consultative sales teams, with a focus on selling to CFOs, CTOs, and other senior business leaders - Ability to create and execute go-to-market strategies from scratch while scaling and leading large teams - Strong strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, demonstrating accountability and commitment to targets and deadlines - Fluent in either German, French, or Spanish, with a self-starting, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented mindset
