Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Detect business opportunities within assigned accounts to provide solutions, equipment, and services.
  • Manage global accounts and develop strategies for success.
  • Be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales in your segment and assigned accounts.
  • Be able to understand and offer the client a comprehensive solution based on the client's needs.
  • Knowledge and constant update of Vertiv's portfolio of products and services.
  • Maintenance and update of Vertiv's CRM Platform in a timely and recurring manner as requested.
  • Contact and visit clients to perform and increase the sale of new products and services within current clients.
  • Follow up and analyze compliance with objectives. (Sales); Generate long-term relationships with your clients that allow a healthy dependence of the client towards our solutions.
  • Update yourself with the market regarding possible solutions for customers, after detecting their needs.
  • Ensure compliance with agreements made with the client and increase sales.
  • Perform management reports and initial business plan.
  • Consolidate information to carry out the project.
  • Visualize future projects and the generation of demand.
  • Generate effective teamwork with different areas of the company, giving timely response to the client.
  • Work effectively with internal areas so that the client always receives a timely response to their needs.
  • Develop business and projects; and follow up on their closure.
  • Be an intermediary between the client and the company to ensure clarity in the client's requirements.
  • Maintain a close relationship with the client to position Vertiv as their first choice.
  • Internally address the client's requirements (services, emergencies, etc.) with other departments, to give an easy and quick response to the client.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field (sales).
  • Technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including electrical and thermal solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to forecast completion dates and willingness to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge in handling Office tools (Intermediate – advanced level)
  • Handling of communication technology tools such as Outlook, Teams, Zoom and similar.
  • Intermediate level of English (Desired)
