The position is accountable for formulating sales goals and objectives, as well as implementation strategies for growing profitable sales for a defined geography. This is accomplished through the direct management, mentorship and coordination of ERS' outside and inside sales resources. This position will be driving all ERS products for the electrical testing division and will be responsible for orders, margin, and team engagement.
