Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their thermal management challenges and requirements.
Develop and present comprehensive cooling and thermal solutions aligned with customer needs.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site surveys.
Collaborate with sales teams to prepare technical proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
Support the technical evaluation process and assist in project negotiations.
Provide training and technical support to internal teams, partners, and customers.
Keep updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors' offerings.
Assist in project management activities, including system design, installation guidance, and commissioning.
Liaise with engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback and requirements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related technical discipline.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in thermal management, cooling systems, or related fields, preferably within data centers or enterprise IT environments.
Strong understanding of data center cooling solutions, precision air conditioning, CRAC/CRAH units, and thermal design principles.
Proven experience in pre-sales, technical consultancy, or solution architecture.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to thermal management and energy efficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CAD or thermal modeling software is a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is advantageous.
