Job Summary: The Sales Support Coordinator I is an entry-level individual contributor role that supports Vertiv's Sales operations by managing full-string orders. Under close supervision, this position is responsible for creating accurate and timely quotes generated from leads entered by Customer Engineers. This includes developing detailed cost estimates for batteries, labor, freight, and disposal services. The role requires careful review of lead information, coordination with internal stakeholders to validate costs, and adherence to established pricing and approval guidelines. By ensuring completeness and accuracy in the quotation process, this position supports sales efforts, drives battery opportunities, and contributes to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Assignments are routine and guided by established processes. The coordinator works closely with sales representatives, Regional Battery Sales Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely quotes are delivered to end customers. This role provides foundational exposure to Vertiv's sales operations and is designed to support future development and internal career growth.
