We are looking for a new team member in Bratislava!
Join us as a Service Sales Coordinator and you will work directly with customers to provide service proposals, follow up on prospect inquiries, and upselling.
Responsibilities:
Meet established revenue target within assigned accounts through follow-up.
Creates and tracks Customer Relationship Management (CRM) opportunities & quotes.
Responsible for updating opportunities and customer information in the CRM tool including win/loss/cancellations.
Secure customer orders and enter orders correctly for invoicing.
Provides Inbound & Outbound customer communications (calls and e-mails) and escalates to others for technical support as needed.
Increase customer satisfaction by serving as a customer advocate to interact with various internal departments on behalf of the customer.
Establish working knowledge of related product lines, both new and existing, by completing company training and on the job experience.
Willingness to pivot to other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
4-8 years of experience
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
BA/BS degree or equivalent (preferably Business Admin, Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations)
