Corporate Director Of Sales

Springpoint Senior Living, Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Director of Sales to join our team! This role is responsible for leading and supporting sales strategy, training, and performance across a portfolio of Springpoint Senior Living Communities. This role collaborates closely with the Vice President of Sales and community sales teams to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and brand awareness. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Corporate Director of Sales serves as a key partner in the development and execution of corporate sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and execution of sales strategies across all Springpoint LPC's and Manalapan.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales on setting occupancy targets, forecasting, and budget planning.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to Community Sales Directors to improve lead conversion and sales performance.
  • Analyze sales metrics, market data, and competitive trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Partner with Vice President of Sales and corporate marketing team to align lead generation efforts and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular site visits and virtual check-ins to monitor community-level sales activities and provide hands-on support.
  • Lead training programs and workshops focused on sales techniques, CRM usage, and value-based selling in the senior living industry.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to travel regularly to communities across assigned regions.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; master's degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or corporate-level role in senior living or a related industry (e.g., healthcare, hospitality).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales approaches.

Salary Range: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 / year, commensurate with experience
