Inside Sales Team Members will work with an established account base and work to add to their own personal account portfolios. Channels of distribution include independent retail brick and mortar gift specialty stores, drug stores, book stores, hardware stores, and grocery. Ideal candidates will have experience selling physical consumer goods in a business-to-business environment. Generous quarterly bonus plans available, with significant support from management in supporting seasonal sales programs. Essential duties include maintaining a regular sequence of contact with established customer base to assess their inventory levels, product extension opportunities, and growth opportunities. Make contact with new customers from our established lead list through our CRM system. Bonuses to the Inside Sales team are paid on every new customer's first order! Follow up on emails, voicemails, faxes, or web inquiries with interested companies to develop a program that ensures the highest likelihood of repeat business. Make customers and leads aware of new product releases, promotional discount programs, growth opportunities, and rewards programs. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities during the course of a verbal exchange. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email or mail. Spend time explaining and demonstrating features and benefits of products that will enhance or grow a small business' retail footprint. Understanding of how to navigate to decision-makers and create interest in the product opportunities.

Established and verifiable success selling products, or product-based programs to business owners. Experience within an inside sales team that utilizes a CRM for daily sales activity. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and a reasonable level of comfort with working in new computer programs. Experience with cold calling, developing leads into a funnel, and comfort closing new customers by establishing credibility and partnership with small businesses. High school diploma/GED. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Strong listening and sales skills.
