We are excited to announce that in partnership with a national leader in Rare Disease Specialty Pharmacy, we are currently looking for an Inside Specialty Pharmacy Sales Player Coach (ISR Player/Coach) to join our team.

Position Summary

The ISR Player/Coach, will, among other things, manage an assigned territory and detail health care professionals through outbound and inbound calls. You will contact the office staff of assigned accounts and identify key decision makers within the practice to include Physicians, Medical Assistants, Nurses, Physicians Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and other medical professionals with the goal of developing relationships with those individuals. Ultimately, your goals are to positively influence the prescription writing of our clients' medication while providing the best possible customer service, delivering accurate product information, and ensuring access to patient assistance materials and programs. Additionally, you may provide lead generation, appointment setting, recruitment for virtual lunch and learns, as well as assist in recruiting for national meetings and general sales support for select brand representatives.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, coach, and develop a team of 4 ISRs

Point of Contact between Orsini Specialty Pharmacy and the Inside Sales Reps

Grow relationships with key prescriber offices to grow referral volume

Responsible for development and presentation of business reviews and other business-related matters

Communicates with prescriber offices to promote Orsini services

Analyze accounts near-term and long-term objectives and promote consideration of Orsini service offering

Provide timely feedback regarding prescriber accounts to management regarding opportunities or matters that may affect Orsini's referral volume

Integrate with various Orsini teams and departments to drive new referrals

Analyze market trends and opportunities

Ability to deliver accurate and meaningful information, feature/benefits to Healthcare Professional Offices by phone

Advanced listening and decision-making skills

Ability to understand and convey complex product and service-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner while in a real-time environment

Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience

Ability to handle multiple tasks such as actively listening to our callers' needs while navigating our CRM and consistently providing accurate and complete information on the requested topics

Tremendous work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work

Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs

Required Qualifications:

4-year degree from an accredited college or university

Minimum 2 years of sales experience with documented sales success required

Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience required

Specialty Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device Experience preferred

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
