What You'll Do
Provides operational business support for business partners to include project managing partner on-boards, training partners on our tools and systems, leads operational project to implement new products, releases and solutions, along with resolving escalated customer issues. Responsible for managing operational relationships with complex and large partners while coaching and training junior team members. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
