Job Description

What You'll Do

Provides operational business support for business partners to include project managing partner on-boards, training partners on our tools and systems, leads operational project to implement new products, releases and solutions, along with resolving escalated customer issues. Responsible for managing operational relationships with complex and large partners while coaching and training junior team members. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It

• Manages unique and complex partners that have strategic importance to the network.
• Acts as coach to peers and mentor to AEs. Coordinates and facilitates Account Executive training for new and existing AEs.
• Seeks opportunities for improvement within the department including providing guidance and support on client impacting issues looking for holistic approach to solve across multiple clients.
• Leads strategic department projects, supporting other company project and initiatives.
• Subject Matter expert on Authorization and settlement applications and other internal systems, tools and products.

Qualifications You'll Need

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, or related field
• 6+ years Payments, financial services, or related field
• In Lieu of education 8+ years Payments, financial services, or related field

Preferred Requirements

• Spanish Speaking

Compensation

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
