Remote Sales Support Representative

Now hiring remote sales support representatives! Must live in Western NY - (Rochester, Buffalo, or Syracuse areas). Account management associates primary responsibilities are to manage account service entitlements and administer billings for service contracts, software assurance, time and material service, and professional services. Daily tasks include:

• Processing maintenance agreement orders
• Warranty registrations
• Billing for time/material calls
• Communicating with external customers (email and outbound calls for lapsed contracts)
• Supporting account management and customer retention
• Primarily back-end support (processing, admin tasks)
• Some outbound calls for renewals (not cold calling)
• May provide quotes if requested, but not responsible for new sales

Experience and qualifications:

• 3–5 years in business environment (order processing, sales/service)
• Degree is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and possibly Salesforce

Job type and location: This is a contract position based out of Rochester, NY.

Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits available for this temporary role may include:
