Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, emailing, and leveraging tools like Salesforce
  • Build and nurture relationships with warm prospects
  • Identify prospect needs and match them with appropriate solutions
  • Set up meetings between qualified prospects and sales executives
  • Report on performance with weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics
  • Contribute to refining our lead generation playbook
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email
  • Strong positive attitude and resilience
  • High motivation to learn and grow within a high-performing team
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales enablement platforms (SalesLoft, Outreach, etc.)
  • Track record of hitting quotas in a prior SDR role (preferred)
