Sales Representative

Job Posting

Respond to inbound sales inquiries; place outbound calls to web generated leads. Handle and bring to resolution, inquiries from customers regarding service, billing, or any facet of account. This is a full-time position with weekends required.

Job Duties:

• Respond to warm leads with a goal of closing sales for Bay Alarm Medical services
• Manage several incoming phone lines and address customer needs as required
• Take ownership for saving customers from cancellation, using defined retention tools
• Place orders
• Maintain database of customer leads and customers
• Maintain a process for timely follow up and management of pending leads
• Provide excellent customer service
• Identify solutions to daily problems
• All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned

• Sales experience / upselling experience
• Reliable work history / tenure

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Concord, CA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
