The Sr Dir Data Center Sales will lead the development and operational execution of Lumen's data center sales initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, cross-functional alignment, and measurable business outcomes across infrastructure, cloud, and AI enablement. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in telecom and data center operations, with a proven ability to lead complex programs and influence executive stakeholders. This role will report to the VP of Data Center Strategy. It is designed to complement the VP's strategic oversight by focusing on execution, operational rigor, and cross-functional enablement.
12+ years of experience in telecom, data center operations, or cloud infrastructure leadership. Strong understanding of AI, edge computing, and hybrid cloud technologies. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
