Position Summary: The Head of US Professional Sales will lead the Field & Inside Sales Strategy, execution, and performance across both PCA SKIN and EltaMD brands and will be ideally based in Scottdale, AZ however, a remote option will be considered. This Senior Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performance sales teams, and building lasting relationships with key professional accounts (Dermatologists, Med Spa, Plastic Surgeons, Spa etc.) This role requires a leader with deep knowledge of the aesthetic and dermatological space, strong drive, strategic thinking, and a passion for results. This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for a dynamic, data-driven sales leader with deep experience in professional skincare or aesthetic medicine, a strong track record of managing complex multi-brand portfolios, and a passion for unlocking growth through best in class commercial execution and collaboration.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in Medical Aesthetics, Dermatology or Premium Skincare. 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role Demonstrated success in building, scaling and leading U.S. sales organizations and delivering double digit revenue growth. In depth understanding of physician-dispensed skincare and aesthetics market landscape. Proven ability to evaluate business opportunities and develop winning sales strategies to deliver consistent growth, customer acquisition and sales team development.
