This role exists to fuel growth by identifying and qualifying financial advisors who are ready to own their practice without the administrative burden. This is a new "surge" position designed to scale recruiting efforts and build a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects.

90-Day Success:

  • Master the value proposition and maintain a polished, professional phone presence.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily outbound call volume targets using provided prospect lists.
  • Successfully qualify prospects and schedule a steady stream of introductory meetings for senior leadership.
  • Maintain the utmost accuracy in CRM data entry and activity logging.

Day in the Life:

On a typical day, you are performing high-volume outbound activity. You will spend the majority of your hour shift executing calls to independent and warehouse financial advisors. You'll use Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and outreach tracking software to log every interaction in real-time. The pace is fast and requires a disciplined, self-directed individual who can stay motivated while working remotely.

  • Execute consistent, high-volume outbound calls to financial advisor prospects.
  • Qualify prospective advisors based on specific criteria established by senior leadership.
  • Schedule introductory meetings between qualified prospects and senior leadership.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all outreach activity and call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership on call volume and pipeline status.
