✨ About The Role

- Develop world-class curriculum, ongoing training, and certification programs for the Sales team - Organize in-person boot camps and annual Sales Kickoffs - Evaluate, recommend, and implement sales enablement tools and processes - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure disciplined use of CRM - Provide 1:1 development and coaching to foster product knowledge, industry acumen, and adherence to MEDDPIC methodology

⚡ Requirements

- At least five years of experience in sales, enablement, or operations leadership, with a track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B environment - Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making - Experience with value-based Sales Methodologies like MEDDPIC and/or Force Management - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive alignment across departments - Experience with products in identity, access, governance, or cybersecurity
