✨ About The Role
- Lead the New York sales team to source and close new business, exceed sales goals, and evangelize the Viant DSP within agencies and advertisers in the region
- Develop a deep understanding of Viant's products and their industry positioning, build relationships with senior executives, and work cross-functionally with Enterprise and Agency Partnerships teams
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer needs, deliver product demonstrations, facilitate RFPs, and close accounts while providing product feedback to operations leaders
- Partner with Account Management and Client Service teams to achieve clients' objectives and KPIs, participate in industry events and conferences, and oversee prospecting and in-person presentations
- Collaborate with teams to drive revenue growth, predict market trends, and ensure the voice of the customer is recognized in product development
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced digital media/ad tech sales professional with a minimum of 7 years in the industry, including 4+ years specifically in the platform/DSP/DMP/programmatic space
- Proven track record of managing and leading high-performing ad tech sales teams, with a strong network of high-level agency and client-direct relationships in the Los Angeles region
- Strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals, processes, and technologies, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead senior-level meetings
- Outgoing, charismatic, and dynamic personality with a passion for creating professional relationships and a talent for coaching and mentoring
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, forecast revenue, predict market trends, and develop action plans for key accounts to drive revenue opportunities
