Purpose of the Role

To drive clinical adoption of our priority brands by delivering expert engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs), identifying and addressing clinical barriers, and supporting implementation of treatment pathways. The role bridges deep therapeutic knowledge with business impact, focusing on conditions where timely, appropriate treatment can significantly improve patient outcomes.

This is a field-based, customer-facing role ideal for someone with clinical credibility and a passion for translating science into better care & commercial outcomes.

The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Clinical Sales Specialist Switzerland (M/F/D) role will make an impact:

  • Build trusted relationships with clinicians, pharmacists and decision-makers in key centres, particularly within hospitals.

  • Communicate the clinical value of our products with clarity, confidence, and relevance to local practice.

  • Support and lead scientific exchange, including case-based discussions, peer learning sessions, and local symposia.

  • Partner with account teams to develop and execute plans that support appropriate use of our products in key institutions.

  • Identify patient pathway opportunities or gaps, working collaboratively with internal colleagues to find and implement solutions.

  • Contribute to pull-through of promotional and educational campaigns in close alignment with sales and marketing strategy.

  • Capture and share field insights on clinical behaviours, competitive positioning, and unmet needs.

  • Bring back actionable intelligence that can influence marketing, medical and access strategies.

  • Work closely with marketing, medical affairs, market access, and sales to ensure field activity is aligned, targeted and impactful.

  • Contribute clinical expertise to internal meetings, training sessions, and brand planning activities.

  • Ensure all activities comply with local regulations and codes of practice, and that scientific exchange remains accurate and balanced.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Scientific, pharmacy, nursing or healthcare qualification.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a clinical, scientific, or commercial field-facing role in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong knowledge or experience in Hematology, Oncology and Immunology, particularly in acute or hospital-based care settings.

  • Experience working with hospital formularies, treatment guidelines, or care pathways.

  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss hospital systems and decision-making processes

  • Ability to communicate complex clinical information clearly and credibly to a range of HCPs.

  • Self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a territory and prioritise effectively.

  • Confidence navigating cross-functional collaboration and contributing to broader brand or account strategy.
