Job Title

In this capacity you will have responsibility for the promotion of the Company's applicable product range and systems in the HVAC markets.

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager of non-Fire Protection, Southeast Asia

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Prospect and visit Owners, Engineering Offices and Contractors in order to promote the Products/Systems.
Pursue and obtain the acceptance and specification of the Products/System by Owners, Engineering Companies and Contractors.
Ensure the promotion of the Products in the territory by means of seminars, training, technical literature and technical support.
Liaise with the local distributors and ensure the proper information flow is available and maintained.
Visit job sites and follow up of installation process by the contractor. Train the contractor's personnel in usage and installation if required.
Provide reports on activities and marketing information in the territory.
Achievement of sales and market share goals.

Result Scope:

Education and/or Experience:

A University graduate, in an engineering related field or demonstrated sound technical knowledge through experience (preferred but not required)
Has experience in Sales and Marketing work
Is a self-starter, need to be entrepreneurial, be used to home-based work and able to deliver results in an independent working environment
Has strong communication skills and professional appearance
Must be proficient in verbal and written English
Must be willing to travel anywhere within the assigned territory where potential sales opportunity is present
