As a Sr. Sales Support Specialist, you will:
- Craft and refine content: Ensure our proposals have a consistent tone, align strategically with RFP requirements, and incorporate approved company language.
- Manage content libraries: Build and maintain a robust database of past responses, ensuring accuracy and ongoing validation for future use.
- Coordinate proposal workflows: Follow up with team members to gather feedback and revisions, keep proposal development on track and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts: Work with internal stakeholders to keep all data and responses current, ensuring they're ready for future questionnaires and client needs.
- Become a product expert: Develop a deep understanding of SS&C's Fund Administration Solutions, Operations Services, and cutting-edge technology.
- Design impactful presentations: Utilize advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills to update, format, and enhance critical marketing materials and presentations for prospective clients and existing partners.
- Ensure brand consistency & accuracy: Guarantee presentations tell a clear, logical story, are visually appealing, adhere to brand guidelines, and accurately reflect all data.
Qualifications: We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field with 2-5 years of corporate work experience.
- Proven experience in RFP writing, specifically within financial services.
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, enabling you to manage multiple competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- A self-starter with demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a broader team.
- A thoughtful colleague with strong interpersonal skills, capable of partnering effectively with Sales, Senior Executives and Subject Matter Experts.
- Knowledge of and passion for alternative investments/private markets is highly desirable, or a demonstrated ability to learn complex financial concepts quickly.
- Ability to think creatively, conceptually, and strategically to develop impactful content.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-jurisdictional support and occasional off-business-hour engagement to support global sales initiatives.
- Experience with software apps Loopio, Qvidian, or Response (RFPIO) is a plus.
Note - This not a sales/client-facing role nor a technology/programming role. It is a hybrid role where you will work remote with some office time. There is no corporate travel involved.
