Install Base Sales/Marketing

You will handle sales of consumables and maintenance parts while analyzing each customer's usage and purchase trends in detail to make better proposals and increase customer satisfaction.

• Early identification of printer replacement needs and creation of new leads
• Building trust through quick and accurate responses
• Acting as a bridge between teams

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for consumable sales in the Japan branch
• Designing and executing sales promotion campaigns
• Checking the operation status of customers' printers and devising and implementing necessary response strategies
• Proposing new models for replacement (creating new leads) and maintenance contracts
• Executing periodic price adjustments and creating detailed negotiation materials
• Negotiating early delivery with customers to build sales
• Formulating and executing an Action Plan if targets are not met
• Working in an international team environment
• Coordinating with global teams to tackle tasks from diverse perspectives
• Other sales-related duties for Install Base

Required experience/skills:

• Sales experience (preferred experience in freight sales, customer service skills and experience)
• Ability to prioritize customers while achieving company sales goals
• Ability to implement your own ideas and develop and execute strategies
• Skill in creating concise and logical documents
• Computer skills (intermediate Excel/Pivot, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to promote cross-departmental work
• Experience with SFDC/CRM
• Preferred experience in reading English documents and responding to English emails

• Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with colleagues, superiors, and customers as a team member
