Sales Representative
As Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth for Villeroy & Boch and Ideal Standard brands within the designated region of the Polish market. You will support our customers in the Bath & Wellness sector and actively contribute to the further development of the assigned sales region.
Your tasks:
- You are responsible for managing and developing our customers and key accounts in the Bath & Wellness sector
- With your digital mindset, you provide holistic consulting to our customers along the entire customer journey
- Together with our customers, you maximize sales
- Through potential analyses and the evaluation of dashboards and KPIs, you contribute to the further development of the designated sales region
- You are part of international and cross-functional sales projects
Your profile:
- Completed degree in business administration and/or proven sales experience in branded sales
- Master of the Polish and English languages
- Very comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
- Category B driver's licence and willing to travel frequently
- You have a natural ability to connect with people, build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships
- You are a skilled negotiator who can find win – win solutions
- You are driven by targets and committed to achieving them
