Sell products and services to new and existing customers via telephone, fax and email. Enter sales orders and quotes into P21 (internal CMS). Provide pricing and product information as requested. Provide customer and outside sales representative with price and updated delivery information as required. Assist walk in customers if needed. Ensure that catalog data and pricing provided to the customer is current. Follow through with customer inquiries, complaints and discrepancies and ensure all are handled / corrected in a timely manner. Follow up on all customer quotes to determine outcome. Attend department or company-wide meetings as required. Perform all other duties as requested by supervisor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications: 2 years of experience in the industrial sales industry. Multitask oriented; must have strong verbal and written communication skills; must have strong organizational skills. High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
