VirtueStaff is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive initial sales growth for our client. This is a critical foundational role requiring a highly proven sales professional who will initially manage the full sales process from lead generation to close. The long-term responsibility is to leverage many years of sales and sales management experience to build out and implement the entire sales team and processes. Experience within the SaaS industry, particularly the Ad Space, is highly desired.
Serve as the sole sales representative initially, managing the entire sales pipeline from the first lead interaction all the way through to closing the deal
Develop, define, and implement the full sales process and procedures for the organization
Utilize extensive sales management experience to strategically build, hire, and train a future sales team
Achieve aggressive sales targets and maintain proven sales success throughout all stages of the business
Provide strategic insights and reporting on sales performance to leadership
