As Director, Visa Crypto Sales and Business Development – Latin America & the Caribbean (LAC), you will join the regional Crypto team within Growth Products & Partnerships and work in close alignment with the Global Visa Crypto GTM and Sales organization to execute go-to-market strategies across LAC. This role serves as a key bridge between global strategy and regional execution, partnering with global and regional account teams to manage priority crypto clients operating in LAC, expand existing relationships, and identify new sales opportunities across stablecoin payments and broader crypto solutions. The Director will also pursue net-new partnerships across the crypto ecosystem, working cross-functionally with product, strategy, legal, risk, finance, and account teams to structure, advance, and close complex, revenue-generating deals, while helping shape Visa's global and regional crypto GTM approach.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 163,500.00 to 261,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
