The Risk and Identity Solutions (RaIS) Sales Specialist Manager role is part of the broader Issuer Value Added Services Specialized Sales function, with an initial focus on the sale of services related to risk management and fraud mitigation in the Andean region, with the possibility of expanding over time to other products, regions, and services. Internally, the role requires collaboration with a wide range of cross-functional teams, including, but not limited to, Generalist Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Strategy, Customer Service, Digital Partners, and Marketing teams.

Basic Qualifications • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 3 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial/Business Engineering Preferred Qualifications • Deep knowledge and extensive experience in financial services and risk management in payments, fraud, transaction processing and regulatory requirements. • Proven track record in field sales or related roles. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate major deals with strategic clients. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to influence decisions and change attitudes at an international executive level. • Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, including key players, competition, and trends. • CRM software proficiency. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team. • Strong technical skills and the ability to understand complex technological solutions and business matters. • Natural ability to understand and explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. • Confidence in public speaking, with the capacity to present, interact, and connect with both executive personnel and engineering professionals. • Excellent analytical, case preparation, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate excellent analytical and quantitative ability to derive data insights. • Multicultural sensitivity and interpersonal relationship management skills, including the ability to work effectively with remote teams in all LAC (ex. Peru, Ecuador, Miami). • Ability to generate organizational momentum through creative and innovative solutions to problems and opportunities. • Advanced proficiency in Office and Power BI/Tableau. • 100% fluency in English, both written and spoken.
