✨ About The Role
- Communicate with existing customer accounts through email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma’s platform and pricing
- Close inbound sales requests for growing subscriptions
- Lead inbound billing requests such as processing renewals and changing payment term/method
- Close targeted outbound account renewals
- Qualify and route inbound sales requests from net-new prospects to an aligned Account Executive

- Desire to build a career in Sales, ultimately working towards Business Development Representative and Account Executive roles at Figma
- Strong technical proficiency with the ability to learn new products, processes, and policies
- Consistent record of prioritizing by urgency/impact of tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven track record to initiate tasks independently and adapt swiftly to feedback
