✨ About The Role

- Lead and inspire a team towards excellence by creating scalable, data-driven processes that align with team and company goals - Optimize GTM new hire onboarding with key milestones to enhance impact in a new hire’s first 90 days, reducing ramp time - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop collateral, presentations, and materials that support team enablement aligned with the buyer's journey and sales stages - Define key performance indicators and metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and track sales performance - Own all content and training curriculum for Sales Kickoffs and other GTM related events, establishing and owning programmatic content across various initiatives

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced leader with a background in Sales Enablement, Sales, or customer-facing roles, ideally with 6+ years of experience - Skilled in defining strategy, building cross-functional alignment, and implementing efficiently alongside diverse stakeholders - Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive strategy and decision-making - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a track record of designing and delivering effective sales training programs - Ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams towards excellence, driving towards team and company goals
