We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager professional to join our Demand Sales team in France and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Vistar Media full stack (DSP and SSP) revenue within the dynamic EMEA region. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering partnerships across media agencies and brands, significantly impacting the digital advertising landscape.
Assist the team in expanding our DSP (Demand-Side Platform) revenue in the EMEA market by providing support to more experienced team members. Learn more about developing partnerships with media agencies and brands to contribute to revenue growth.
Gain familiarity with our platform and assist in encouraging digital advertising buyers and programmatic traders to engage with it. Help ensure the seamless transaction process for our platform users.
Assist in identifying potential opportunities within the EMEA region, focusing on independent trading desks, brands, and boutique agencies who may be new to Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising. Collaborate with senior team members to explore incremental opportunities with traditional OOH buyers.
Learn to assist with the negotiation and execution of media and platform agreements, ensuring their successful execution, fulfillment, and growth. Support more experienced team members in managing partnerships.
Provide basic support in offering training and assistance to stakeholders on the digital OOH industry and trading model. Help stakeholders understand the fundamentals of the media model and metrics, making it easier to integrate OOH into digital advertising deals.
Contribute to the development of industry networks within the EMEA region under the guidance of senior team members. As you gain experience, represent our company at events and assist in building brand presence and awareness in the market.
3+ years of experience and a background in sales positions
Comprehension of digital advertising technology and programmatic
Introductory familiarity with Out-of-Home (OOH) media and advertising, along with a readiness to expand your knowledge in this domain
Skill in establishing and nurturing client relationships, showcasing retention and expansion strategies
Must speak French and English

Independent and self-reliant, capable of spearheading the creation of new business opportunities and sales initiatives
