The VistaVu team is growing rapidly and is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive - Net New Sales (S/4HANA Cloud Public/Private, and BTP) to join our Sales Team. The successful candidate must have a diverse skill set and will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will focus on driving business growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with SAP potential customers, and contributing to the organization's strategic goals.

What will you be doing?
What experience do you need? A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or other related disciplines. A minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years' of experience in Net New sales within the ERP industry. Good experience and exposure to SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Proven track record of driving revenue growth, capturing new market opportunities, and expanding customer base. Proven track record of successfully managing large sales teams and Net New quota through ERP SaaS products, preferably with experience in S/4HANA Cloud solutions or SAP Business ByDesign. Familiar with SAP modules, functionalities, and integration capabilities. Understands how SAP ERP solutions can address business needs and drive operational efficiencies. Consistently meets or exceeds sales quota targets set by the company. Adapts sales strategies based on customer needs and effectively closes deals on time. Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders. Must have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret sales data for strategic decision-making. Demonstrates resilience and adaptability when faced with unexpected challenges or setbacks. Simplifies complex technical concepts or product features to ensure customer comprehension. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Able to qualify quickly and close deals. Conducts thorough research and analysis to gather relevant information for decision-making. Adheres to established sales processes and methodologies while guiding team members to do the same. Demonstrates innovative and out-of-the-box thinking to approach sales challenges and generate unique solutions. Exhibits strong persuasion and negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure commitments. Builds and nurtures long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and exceptional service.
