Responsibilities

Your area of responsibility includes…

  • The maintenance and expansion of strategic customer relationships in the healthcare sector, the identification of cross- and upselling potentials as well as the development of customer-specific strategies in the enterprise segment
  • Conducting sales talks, product demos, and creating individual offers
  • Responsibility for acquiring new customers, especially clinics, larger MVZs, or other strategic customers in the healthcare sector, through outbound activities and participation in events in collaboration with a Business Development Representative
  • Developing account plans, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring the implementation of solutions, including regular updates
  • Analyzing market trends and competitive activities in the healthcare and voicebot sector, as well as developing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Maintaining the pipeline in the CRM system, creating reports and forecasts, and making data-driven decisions

Qualification

  • You have completed a commercial qualification or have a comparable degree
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales or key account management, ideally in the SaaS environment
  • You are familiar with the healthcare sector and have already sold software solutions to clinics, MVZs, or other strategic customers
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills and are proficient in using CRM tools and reporting
  • Analytical thinking and result orientation are among your strengths, as well as building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • You are highly motivated, flexible, and work both independently and in a team – even in stressful situations, you keep a clear head
