- The Director of Sales Operations and Support will design and manage all aspects of sales operations for VNS Health Plans' product portfolio.
- Responsibilities include driving operational components of broker management, facilitating sales education, and overseeing compliance with DOH and CMS regulations.
- The role involves developing lead management tracking tools to optimize sales team performance and resolution.
- The director will supervise sales support staff and ensure they have the necessary tools and training to meet monthly targets.
- This position requires maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external partners to identify growth opportunities.

- A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a master's degree in business administration or a healthcare-related field.
- At least five years of experience in managed Medicare and/or Medicaid sales or equivalent operations experience is necessary.
- A minimum of two years of management experience within a managed care environment is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and training.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including knowledge of SWOT, Gap, and Competitive analysis.
