We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design & implementation of visualization & dashboarding capabilities within Salesforce in CRM Analytics for our revenue-generating team. This role is critical in enabling the sales organization to operate most effectively and efficiently leveraging our customer relationship management software, minimizing context switching while maximizing productivity. You'll work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the Commercial organization, Engineering, Data, and Sales Strategy & Enablement to deliver impactful systems and ensure long-term adoption.

What You'll Do

• Work with commercial team leaders to gather and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting needs.
• Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements, leveraging features such as SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, and recipes.
• Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, ERP systems, and other third-party applications.
• Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, ensuring efficient data processing, storage, and visualization.
• Conduct user training and provide technical support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of Salesforce CRM Analytics and proactively recommend enhancements and improvements to existing solutions.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce certification in Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions for enterprise clients.
• Proficiency in SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories in Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data visualization best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM configuration, customization, and integration is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• At least three (3) years of demonstrated expertise designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Option 2: 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 2 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
