Your new role…

Under the responsibility of the Distribution Director France, the Business Manager Affiliate Sales plays a key role within the Distribution & Operations team. It contributes to the smooth operation of the distribution business by ensuring the administrative, commercial, and operational coordination of sales, the production of financial and business analyses, as well as the follow-up of relationships with a portfolio of distributors.

The position requires rigor, organizational skills, analytical mindset, autonomy, and relational skills in an international environment.

Your responsibilities…

• Ensure the administrative management of distribution sales, including the follow-up of contract execution and regular updating of customer data.

• Track invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition in coordination with the Finance and Credit Collections teams to ensure contractual compliance.

• Organize and prioritize operational activities to ensure effective follow-up of records and deadlines.

• Supervise and support a trainee in administrative and operational tasks.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial analyses, and business reports related to the Distribution business.

• Produce ad hoc analyses, business plans, and reports for management, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Manage a portfolio of distributors as defined by the Distribution Directors.

• Prepare commercial proposals in coordination with the Distribution Directors.

• Ensure professional, clear, and structured communication with international distributors and partners.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Credit Collections) to ensure optimal business coordination.

Qualifications & experience…

• Proven experience in the media industry; experience with TV channels, Pay TV distributors, or telecom operators is an asset.

• A marked interest in content, TV channels, streaming, and the international media environment.

• Good understanding of the TV & streaming distribution market and relationships with operators.

• Excellent analytical skills and good mastery of financial and commercial fundamentals.

• Sense of organization, autonomy, proactivity, and solution-oriented approach.

• Strong rigor, reliability, and effective management of priorities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Fluent French and English are indispensable.
